More chipping at Parley Golf Centre

Parley Golf Centre has made a further investment and extended the kitchen in its café-bar, and now serves breakfasts from 7:30am.

It comes on the back of a £250,000 investment in the course and practice area and the introduction of the Toptracer ball-tracing technology in the range.

Further changes are planned as the club continues to grow and attract new members.

Cath Dampney, manager, said: “Our café-bar was becoming so popular that we had to expand.

“It’s not just golfers that visit us but all kinds of people who might be passing.

“We offer all day breakfasts as well as our usual fare of bites and snacks and we have a specials board and basket meals.

“There is a fully licensed bar and we have a great team and a lovely atmosphere.

“We’d encourage anyone to pop in for a coffee and maybe take a few balls into the driving range.

“We never stand still here and are always investing and improving, which is why our membership is growing.”

As well as the new course and practice area the centre has a shop selling golf equipment and a number of professionals giving tuition.
